I purchased a Groupon for It's Duct Time air duct cleaning, on July 26th. Scheduled my appointment for today, September 10th, which was the first open appointment.

After not receiving a confirmation call and hearing from a local person that this company is known for not showing, I contacted the number on the Groupon certificate. They told me there was a local dispatch center that would need to contact me back. I received a call from the local dispatch asking if I would like to "schedule" an appointment! Seriously?!

I just wasted a day, waiting for them to come and they never scheduled my appointment???? This is ridiculous!!

Monetary Loss: $400.
